The Alabama Center for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM) was founded in September 2017 by Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Dr. Cecil A. Long. Spending the majority of his career in reproductive health, Dr. Long has more than 30 years of experience in treating male and female infertility. Every man and woman who requests a consultation with our team has a story to tell about their fertility. It is our job to listen carefully and compassionately, recommend the appropriate tests, and provide dignified care to our patients. Our hope is that you will find the information on this website helpful in learning more about infertility and medical terminology to better communicate your story, and to understand more about our procedures to make informed decisions. The ACRM team of experienced clinicians and nurses are well versed in the latest technologies, testing, and protocols for your infertility treatment, such as ovulation induction, in vitro fertilization, egg donation, and intrauterine insemination.

We have an exceptional team in our finance department who will work with your insurance or financing company to keep your treatment affordable. At ACRM, we do not want the cost of fertility treatments to be a roadblock to growing your family. We match or beat competitors’ pricing on most of our procedures. We offer 3rd party financing plans at special rates and give discounts for non-covered services such as traditional IVF and monitoring (not Invocell) for members of the military. Lastly, additional discounts are give to patients attempting their 2nd and 3rd embryo cycles (traditional IVF) if your first cycle does not succeed.
