We recognize that fertility treatments can be expensive and feel out of reach for many people. However, at Alabama Center for Reproductive Medicine it is our goal to provide a variety of treatment options with transparent pricing for patients with insurance coverage as well as those who are cash pay.

Insurance Benefits and Coverage

Every insurance policy is different. We make every attempt to verify coverage for all our new patients; however, we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to find out if you have coverage for fertility treatment. The following steps may help you as you speak with your insurance carrier:

• Ask for your benefits for infertility and/or in vitro fertilization.
• Ask for a list of fertility treatments and medications that are covered.
• Ask if you need a referral from your primary care provider.
• Take notes and ask for a reference number at the end of your call.
